Honestly if he does a newer collab, if more reliable people join, I'm sure it will be great. However if you let unreliable people in then you'll have the same fate.

look all he has to do is tell EVERYONE to show some sort of progress(of at least 5 sec or more) every 1 1/2 weeks or else they will be banned from the collab. I bet u even the laziest of user will start working.

now its true that some are busy but they should tell him how busy they are and then he can determine how often they should give him a progress report.

hey i got a question: can i still join? like the last part in the list (that throws the sandbag >> way) is perfectly fine with my first animation. (which was made a couple days ago) Sandbag enters from << however he gets destroyed. if it's not much of a destruction that would be acceptable then i could just edit it and make the char throw him somewhere. btw: my char is rock lee. i'll just copy the file and make him send the guy elsewhere and then you can choose between the 2 kay?
